-Farmers Market Walking Program

We’re ROOTing for fitness!

Farmacy Fit is FREE and open to the public. Show up to your farmers market, the earlier the better. Check in at the Welcome Booth and they’ll get you started on your one-mile route. Enjoy your walk at your own pace. For those who can’t walk, we have exercise bands for chair-based fitness!

Upon completion of your walk, everyone receives $3 tokens that you can exchange for fresh fruits and vegetables from any market vendor.

We encourage you to spend your tokens the same day.

August-September

Farmacy Fit Frequent Walker Program supports healthy eating and exercise at farmers markets. Sign in at the market info booth each week to get fit & get stamped. Keep your card with you and bring it to any market over the duration of the program, Aug-Sept. Once you reach 8 stamps/walks you will receive your choice of a stainless steel water bottle or a bamboo bento box.
