For 29 years, Appalachian RC&D Council has worked diligently with our local food system partners to help grow the region’s access to high-quality food products, connect you and your family to regional farmers and producers, preserve our agricultural heritage, and foster economic opportunities. Our locally loved farm-to-table dinner, Appalachian Fusion is comprised of a family style farm to table dinner, live music featuring Ed Snodderly, and a silent auction.

Appalachian Fusion is Appalachian Resource Conservation and Development Council’s annual farm-to-table benefit dinner. Through this farm to table dinner, the ARCD raises funds to support our important work.
This year, Appalachian Fusion will feature an Americana Harvest menu made from locally raised or grown goods. The menu was created by Chef Karla Grimaldi, who lends her rich culinary expertise to this highly anticipated event.
Ed Snodderly, veteran Americana singer-songwriter and nationally renowned musician will delight your ears while you dine, and the silent auction will provide more opportunity for you to support local agriculture and conservation efforts.

HORS D’OEUVRES
Baked goat brie cheese with figs, orange, and pistachio
Sliced baguettes, breadsticks, and crackers
Warm hummus with wild mushrooms and caramelized onions
Savory cranberry pork meatballs

Mixed greens topped with Ozark apples, pecans, dried cranberries, and bleu cheese topped with an apple cider vinaigrette dressing
