A Farm to Table Dining Experience Celebrating Local Chefs and Locally Sourced Food

For 29 years, the Appalachian RC&D Council has worked diligently with our local food system partners to help grow the region’s access to high-quality food products, connect you and your family to regional farmers and producers, preserve our agricultural heritage, and foster economic opportunities. ARCD is thrilled to announce the return of our locally loved farm-to-table dinner, Appalachian Fusion. This event is comprised of a family style farm-to-table dinner, live music, a silent auction, and new this year: a raffle! Early-bird tickets will go on sale in mid-May, but right now we are connecting with local individuals and businesses to establish event sponsors, raffle donors, and silent auction item donors. Proofs & Provisions Raffle Donations

We are also in search of donations of rare and/or premium spirits like vintage wine, special edition whiskey, or top shelf gin, rum, vodka, tequila, etc. for our Proofs & Provisions Raffle. Proofs & Provisions will pair high quality spirits with premium cuts of local beef. There will be one grand prize and nine additional prizes with a maximum number of raffle tickets sold set at 300. Silent Auction Contributions

Our silent auction will feature contributions of items, experiences, services, and gift cards. We are looking to curate an exclusive assortment of items like: unique local artwork, vintage items, memorabilia, and collectibles; services including: hairstyling, landscaping, accounting, graphic design, consulting, etc.; experiences such as: zip lining, hot air balloon rides, sky diving, private picnic experiences, or backyard musical performances; along with gift cards to local dining or shopping establishments.
