For 29 years, the Appalachian RC&D Council has worked diligently with our local food system partners to help grow the region’s access to high-quality food products, connect you and your family to regional farmers and producers, preserve our agricultural heritage, and foster economic opportunities. ARCD is thrilled to announce the return of our locally loved farm-to-table dinner, Appalachian Fusion. This event is comprised of a family style farm to table dinner, live music, a silent auction, and new this year: a raffle! Tickets for both the Proofs and Provisions Raffle and the Farm to Table Dinner are on sale now.

Appalachian Fusion is the Appalachian Resource Conservation and Development Council’s most important annual fundraiser. Through this farm to table dinner, the ARCD raises funds to support our important work.

This year, Appalachian Fusion will feature a Mediterranean inspired meal made from locally raised or grown goods. The menu is being created by locally adored Chef Sheridan Nice, former owner of Mona Lisa’s and current Culinary Director at Serenity Knoll Farm & Cooking School.

Live music will delight your ears while you dine, and the silent auction and Proofs & Provisions Raffle will provide more opportunity for you to support local agriculture and conservation efforts.

For guests of Appalachian Fusion: A Farm to Table Dining Experience, here is the schedule of events and menu:

Parking for the event will be at a Spena Motorsports located 1/2 mile from Serenity Knoll. Shuttle services will begin at 5:00 PM and will continue until all guests have been returned to their vehicles following the event. There will be no parking available at Serenity Knoll Farm. All guests must park at the designated area.

5:00 PM — Shuttle service begins.

5:30 PM — Cocktail Hour, music, and silent auction begin.

6:45 PM — Dinner is served.

8:15 PM — Silent auction ends, raffle ticket sales conclude, bar closes.

8:30 PM — Silent auction winners announced & raffle drawing.
